To the members of the Cypress Water System
The annual meeting of the Cypress Water System will be held Thursday, January 15, 2026 at the Ringgold Courthouse Annex building at 6 PM. As a member of the system this is your opportunity to exercise your vote as a member of the water system. The bylaws have recently been reviewed and the proposed changes will be voted on at the meeting. The original bylaws were written in 1975 and they have only been reviewed once since then so your participation is vital as we move forward. The by-laws and proposed changes can be viewed at www.cypresswater.net. Other items of interest to the members may also be discussed. Members who attend will be entered into a drawing for two $200.00 Walmart gift cards.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, please choose one of the board members to represent you and return this form with your selection. Current board members are John Cobb, Jimmie Davis, Sandra Franks, Ken Lott, Richard Miles, Bill Rembert and Claude Toney. If you used a proxy vote for the last annual meeting in in April 2025, you do not need to complete another proxy form as your proxy is still in effect. If you are unsure if you have a current proxy on-file please complete the form and send it in. If you assigned your proxy to Jerry Dean or Fred Love, you will need to reassign your proxy to a current board member as Mr. Dean and Mr. Love are no longer on the Board of Directors
